At Begg x Co, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our Scottish-made knitwear and accessories, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt. All returned goods must be in their original, unworn condition with all luxury packaging and tags intact to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the items in their original Begg x Co box and secure them inside the shipping carton, ensuring all original labels are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your parcel to the designated courier at a local drop-off point and retain your receipt to track the progress of your return to our warehouse.
